Each American Dream Cookie Company cookie has calculated and third-party tested Nutrition Facts. Yes! Currently we offer a limited menu of gluten-free cookies, made with a premium gluten-free flour blend. We have a kitchen devoted specifically to Gluten-Free baking. Our founder, Lea Hurley, is gluten-sensitive, so we understand the need to avoid cross contamination and follow all FDA regulations for proper breakdown and sanitization of equipment in between baking.
At this time we do not offer a completely vegan cookie option; however our Protein Cookies are made with plant based protein as well as animal-based collagen peptides. Although that will not work for our vegan fans, our Protein Cookies do provide a great option for those needing gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and soy free items.
At American Dream Cookie Company we know there is no cookie cutter definition of healthy, and fully believe health includes balance! Our Indulgent and Gluten-Free Cookies are made with real butter, sugar and decadent mix-ins like candy bars and buttercream. If you’re looking for a diet-friendly option, we highly recommend our Protein Cookies which offer 23-28g of protein + collagen peptides and are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and soy-free.
Yes! A major difference in our cookies, versus other brands on the market, is our one-of-a-kind cookie dough that offers an insanely chewy, freshly baked texture and makes each cookie ULTRA THICK! This is only made possible by whipping in our very own American Dream Nut Butter gourmet, small batch peanut or cashew butters. ENJOY! All American Dream Cookie Company treats are best when eaten fresh. They will remain fresh in their original packaging for 2-3 weeks. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat within that timeframe. When you’re ready to enjoy, defrost overnight in the fridge for the perfect anytime treat! Cookies may be warmed gently in the microwave or a 350℉ oven until warmed throughout and gooey.
Yes! Cookies can be placed in the freezer in their packaging.
From room temperature: We recommend placing your cookie in a 350℉ preheated oven for 3-4 minutes, or until you have reached your desired gooey-ness. A quicker alternative would be the microwave; your best bet would be to heat in increments of 15 seconds, stopping to check your cookie’s temperature. From frozen: To ensure your cookie is warm throughout we recommend defrosting any previously frozen cookies overnight in the refrigerator before following one of the warming methods provided above. For best results, ensure your cookie is fully thawed.
All American Dream Cookie Company treats are made fresh upon your order being placed. Each cookie is then individually wrapped in our custom packaging. We bake, package and prepare all cookies for shipment in our temperature controlled Bake Shop. We recommend enjoying your cookies fresh, within 2-3 weeks after they arrive, or placing them in the freezer if your cookies will not be consumed within that time.

You can add as many cookies as you'd like to your cart! Your cookies will be made fresh once your order has been placed. Handcrafting takes time but we promise it is worth the wait! Once baked, cooled and packaged, cookies typically ship out within 5-7 business days.
You will receive an Order Confirmation as well as a Shipping Notification once your order has been processed, created and prepared for shipment - be sure to enter an accurate email address at checkout so you never miss an order update!

Please keep in mind, once your cookies leave our Bake Shop, your package may be subject to delays on behalf of the shipping carrier.
Once a package leaves our Bake Shop and is in the shipping carriers’ hands, all orders are an estimated 3-4 business days depending on location. Unfortunately we cannot control carrier-related delays such as holidays, staff shortages or inclement weather. One your package has been prepared for shipment you will receive a Shipping Notification with a unique tracking number. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time that shipping carriers provide via tracking numbers is truly, only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly as there is nothing we can do about shipping delays. Please be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once your package leaves our hands and is picked up by the shipping carrier, it is then their responsibility to deliver your package correctly, intact, and on-time. We put some much love and care into each cookie we bake, that we wish we could personally deliver your package, but unfortunately that is just not possible.
If you have trouble with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We do not offer refunds for missing or broken packages. If the worst happens and something goes wrong with your package in shipment, you can file a claim online with the carrier. Your package was sent insured, thus the carrier will be able to refund you. We wish we could just refund you, but we are small business and we just financially cannot.
We would love to have your business and support, but If you don't like these policies or cannot understand this policy, please consider ordering elsewhere because we would hate for you to be upset if something goes wrong in shipping. We never want unhappy customers!

We personally protect each package that leaves our Bake Shop against loss, damage and theft. Need to file a claim? To expedite your claim please email customersupport@americandreamcookieco.com have the following information readily available:
-Order number
-Copy of your invoice (aka order confirmation)
-Proof of shipping (UPS, USPS tracking, shipping confirmation email)
-Photo of the damaged package
Please note, any damaged item outside of a 45 day window cannot be refunded.
