At American Dream Cookie Company we take pride in each and every cookie that we bake! Every treat we offer is handcrafted by Lea and our small but mighty Bake Shop team, therefore it will take us a few days to process your order. We promise, it is worth the wait!
Each cookie is made as part of a small batch, to order, guaranteeing the ultimate freshness. No sitting around on a shelf or in a remote fulfillment center! We top each cookie by hand with delicate drizzles, candy, etc. because we care about attention to detail. But please note that as much as we wish we could, we cannot control Mother Nature! If you live in a warmer climate we encourage you to consider how melting may impact the cookies that you order. 
Domestic Shipping
We ship our Cookie Gift Boxes within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska, excluding Puerto Rico).
Due to the highly perishable nature of our cookies, at this time we are unfortunately unable to support shipping to international locations or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping delays
Once a package leaves our Bake Shop and  is in the shipping carriers’ hands, all orders are an estimated 3-4 business days depending on location. Unfortunately we cannot control carrier-related delays such as holidays, staff shortages or inclement weather. 
Once your package has been prepared for shipment you will receive a Shipping Notification with a unique tracking number. Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time that shipping carriers provide via tracking numbers is truly, only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly as there is nothing we can do about shipping delays.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to replace packages if you input an incorrect address.
How much will shipping cost?
To ensure the fastest, most secure and accurate shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your unique location.
Do you accept returns?
Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email our Customer Support team directly at  customersupport@americandreamcookie.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right!
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout. We also remind you in our confirmation email to check your shipping address. If it is not entered correctly, it will not be delivered to you and will be returned to us. We are unable to replace packages if you input an incorrect address.
Updated Policy for Returned Packages
Please note our procedure for managing returned packages:
  • If your order is received back at the Bake Shop a member of the American Dream Cookie Company team will email you (the customer) for updated address/shipping information.
  • Upon customer response and at your expense we will purchase a new shipping label and reship your order with new tracking
  • If you fail to respond within 7-days, a member of the American Dream Cookie Company team will send a second follow-up email re: your shipping information
  • If no response after 14-days and two attempts of contact via email, American Dream Cookie Company will make a notation on your order that multiple attempts to contact have been made with no response and we will cease any further attempts; the order WILL NOT be refunded.
